Grey Relational Analysis of the Influential Factors of Volunteer Chinese Language Teachers' Scale

With many years' development,there has been a clear quantitative increase of volunteer Chinese teachers.From the aspect of demand,the Chinese learning audience and Chinese community are the objective factors for volunteer Chinese teachers,while the economic strength and international communication are the subjective factors.Based on the analysis of the above two factors,this research has distinguished the key factors influencing volunteer Chinese teacher's scale and determined the relevant statistical indicators.The use of the GRA model for calculating the association coefficient of each indicator shows that GDP and the number of the Chinese-learning overseas students have a close relation to the volunteer Chinese teacher's scale,while GDP has the greatest influence compared with other factors.
