The study of aluminum back-surface-field in silicon solar cells

In experiment both different aluminum pasts were screen printed on the silicon and then sintered in the same conditions. Results showed that the solar cells printed the paste with the better contact between the silicon and the aluminum and without any recombination impurity, have higher open-circuit voltage and EQE in long-wave range, which provided a good technical guiding for the industry.
