Most of the University's campus network at the same time connect Cernet that also connects CHINANET and HSBC etc public networks.because the school's domain name address and campus network server's address usually using Cernet address,therefore under double(multiple)-outlet in campus network,.how to plan and configure network devices,and how to improve the speed of the campus network'users that access Internet,and howto resolve the public networks'users quick access opening resources of campus network is worthy of the problems of analysis and discussion.
