Extraction of Quercetin in Yunnan Characteristic Tea by Vacuum Ultrasonic Method

Quercetin in Yunnan characteristic tea was extracted by vacuum ultrasonic method.The analysis results showed that the extraction efficiency by vacuum ultrasonic method was better than that by conventional ultrasonic method.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM)results showed that there were more obvious dissolution and destruction on the sample surface after vacuum ultrasonic extraction than that after conventional ultrasonic extraction,which was conducive to the rapid dissolution of quercetin.On the other hand,vacuum ultrasonic extraction method can avoid the oxidation of quercetin,which helps to further improve the extraction efficiency.
