Research on the Test Technique of Leakage Current under Multi-Standard and Multi-System Based on Software

The test technique and system of leakage current under multi-standard based on software is introduced in thepaper. The two safety standard systems such as the standard of IEC(International Electro-technical Commission) andthe standard of UL(Underwriters Laboratories Inc.) was introduced in detail. Four simulation body resistance networksdeveloped in the standards of IEC and UL was analyzed to obtain frequency factor and a system corresponding to multi-standard and multi-system which based on software is designed. The system is composed of single simulation bodyresistance network, a signal processing circuit, a high-speed A/D converter, a computer and the software which undermulti-standard and multi-system. The experiment result indicated that the test system possesses many characteristics,such as corresponding to multi-standard and multi-system, simply circuit, high accuracy and automation.
