National Income Surplus Transformation in the Scoial Transition of Modern China

China was on her way to economy modernization since 1840s. Comparing with traditional Chinese society, modern China experienced a course of transition from closed economy to open economy, from natural economy to market economy. Investment of national income surplus changed from traditional agriculture to modern economic departments, which was decided by the fundamental features of transition economy in modern China. This paper analyses the obstacles of the capital formation mechanism of national income surplus.
