Analysis of Serum Lipid Level of Myocardial Infarction and Stroke in the Elderly Patients

HUANG Xiaohua.Department of Laboratory,The First Hospital of Longyan City,Fujian Pr ovince 364000
Objective:Bring similarities and differences of blood l ip id metabolism in artery thrombus myocardial infarction, cerebral infarction and c erebral hemorrhage,to evaluate blood lipid action in myocardial infarction and s troke. Methods:Triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC)and highdensity lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C)were measured with enzyme methods, lowdensity lipop rotein-cholesterol(LDL-C)was calculated according to Friedewald formula. Results:Levels of TG,TC,LDL in patients with myocardial infarction and cer ebral infarction were significantly higher than those in the controls;level of T G in patients with cerebral hemorrhage was signifecantly higher than those in th e controls, but level of TC was significantly lower than those in the controls.Le vel of HDL in three groups were significantly lower than those in the controls.L eves of TC,LDL in myocardial infarction were significantly higher than those in the patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Conclusions:It suggests that d isturbances of blood lipid metabolism in the patients with myocardial infarction or stroke aren't completely same.HDL,TG are common abnormal indicator.Hight TC,LDL easily occur myocardial infarction and cerebral infarction, but easier oc cur myocardial infarction.Low TC easily happens cerebral hemorrhage.
