Objective:To discuss the relationship between the avera ge bl ood pressure, bleeding amount and prognosis since the patients suffered cerebral hemorrhage. Methods:Chose the patients who were verified cerebral hemorrhage by head CT in 24 hours since flare-up of disease and accorded with th e standard referred to the fourth national blood vessel of brain disease conferen c e. Made statistics of the different bleeding position' s average blood pressure, age and average volume of the haematoma of the survival group and death group. Results:The statistical average blood pressure had a remarkable d ifference between the survival group and the death group who suffered the shell core and thalamencephalon cerebral hemorrhage. Conclusion:As to th e patients who suffered the shell core and thalamencephalon cerebral hemorrhage, the higher the average blood pressure is with the worse patient's prognosis is. After the cerebral hemorrhage, the greater the volume of the hematoma is , the worse the prognosis is.
