Clinocopathological Analysis of Endometrioid Carcinoma (EC)

Objective:To analyze the clinicopathological feature of E C and provide evidence for its diagnosis and treatment.Methods:67 c a ses of EC were clinically staged and pathocogically graded.Results:A mong 67 cases of EC 16 cases (23 88%) showed irregular uterine bleeding for 7 d a ys to half a year,16 cases(23 88%); presented uterine bleeding for 3 to 9 years ,2cases(2.98%);me nometrorrhagia for 3 to 10 years was found in 3 cases (4 48%).Menopause for 3 m o n ths to 5 years was found in 22 cases (32 84%),6 to 15 years in 18 cases (26 87 %),16 to 20 years in 3 cases(4 48%),and more than 20 years in 2 cases (2 98%). On ly one case had no history of uterine bleeding.But showed lumbar and abdominal pa in.There fore,irregular uterine bleeding was an important clinical feature.Conclusion:It plays a significant role to understand the histopatholgical characteristic of EC and combine with its clinical stage of diagnosis and diffe rential diagnosis.
