Nursing Effect in Treatment of Hair Loss Caused by Chemotherapy

Objective:To observe the nursing effect in treatment of hair loss caused by chemotherapy.Methods:60 cases subjected to chemotherapy were randomly divided into two groups.One would be generally nursed,and the other would be specially nursed,including modulating their meal and psychological guiding or physiological supervising.Results:There was obviously difference in the two groups (U=3.319,P0.01).Conclusion: The right rursing improve the immunity of the body,so the blood nutritional state in hair follicles could be meliorated,the physical stimulating facotor decreaded and the toxicity response of hair loss could be lessened.It is convinced that these special nursing measures have effect of preventing hair loss caused by chemotherapy and the patients’live quality can be improved while the side effect of hair loss is more severe in the generally nursing group.
