Objective: To evaluate the effect of stereotactic aspiration for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods: The effect of the hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage treated with CT-assisted stereotactic operation was compared to general craniotomy. Results: Hemorrhage evacution rate for stereotactic group was 55%. ADLⅠ~Ⅲ of patients after 6 months in stereotactic group was singnificantly improved than in control group and the former mortality was reduced. Conclusion: Stereotactic aspiration has advantage of small trauma, short process and credible effect. It is good for applicable technology.
