The Adverse Psychological State Analysis and Nursing Care for Patients with Chronic Hepatitis B

Objective:To analyze the adverse psychological state of patients with chronic hepatitis B and explore the nursing care measures.Methods:94 cases with chronic hepatitis B from January 2009 to November 2010 treated in our hospital were chosen as the research object.They were divided into two groups in accordance with the principle of informed consent and in accordance with random number.The control group with 47 patients were taken conventional care,and the adverse psychological state of the observation group with 47 patients were analyzed on the basis of the control group.Take specific strengthening of psychological care and the care results of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate was 95.7%,slightly higher than the control group of 89.4%.There were no significant differences between the groups(P0.05).After nursing,the anxiety and depression of the observation group were better than the control group.The difference between the groups were statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:The analysis of the poor psychological state for patients with chronic hepatitis B and targeted to enhance mental care,can significantly improve the patient's anxiety and depression,help to improve the quality of life of patients.
