WEN Hong. The Hemodialysis Room, the Central Hospital of Panzhihua City,Sichuan Province 617067
Objective:To analyze the cause of deep venous catheter infection and propose the corresponding nursing measures.Methods:205 cases of deep venous catheterization patients after catheter were taken for inside and outside the catheter segment and peripheral venous blood sampling bacterial cultures, the positive results were observed and analysis. Results:The catheter placement time and infection were significantly correlated, the longer the deep venous catheterization, the higher the chances of patients infected. The culture-positive rate of outside the segment was significantly lower than the peripheral blood bacterial culture positive rate of inside segment, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).The catheter blood of bacteria was mainly with G+ bacteria. Conclusion:The deep venous catheter infection is caused by catheter time, catheter contamination and other causes. In the care of patients, the factors should be enhanced control to reduce the incidence of deep venous catheter infection.
