Comparative Study of Atorvastatin and Trimetazidine for the Treatment of Unstable Angina Pectoris

Objective:To Compare the effect of atorvastatin and trimetazidine in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris on the basis of routine treatment.Methods:72patients with unstable angina pectoris in our hospital from March2013 to March 2014 were selected which as the research subject according to the random number table method,the patients were divided into atorvastatin group and trimetazidine group,36 cases in each group.Atorvastatin group treated with conventional anti angina drug therapy combined with atorvastatin.Trimetazidine group was given conventional anti angina drug therapy combined with trimetazidine.After a course of treatment,the two groups of patients with angina pectoris daily average number of episodes,angina pectoris single continued seizure average time,TC,LDL-C,HDLC,TG and CRP were compared and analyzed.Results:Trimetazidine group total effective rate was 94.4%,atorvastatin group total effective rate was 77.8%,two groups of the total efficiency of significant differences(P0.05)and was statistically significant.Trimetazidine hydrochloride group in patients with angina pectoris single sustained attack average time and CRP significantly better than atorvastatin in atorvastatin group patients,there was significant difference between two groups(P0.05),statistically significance.Conclusion:Compared with atorvastatin,trimetazidine in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris had better effect,which can effectively improve the Clinical symptoms of unstable angina pectoris,it is worth further promotion in clinical.
