Quality of Recovery after Operation of Using Dexamethasone Combined with Granisetron for Patients with Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

Objective:To investigate quality of recovery after operation of using dexamethasone combined with granisetron for patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods:216patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy were selected,according to lottery,they were divided into combined group(n=70),dexamethasone group(n=72)and granisetron group(n=74).Dexamethasone group intravenoused drip dexamethasone,granisetron group intravenoused drip granisetron,while combined group intravenoused drip dexamethasone and granisetron.Rate of patients of nausea,vomiting,analgesic requirement were compared between three groups.Quality of recovery of first day,third days after surgery were compared.Results:Rate of patients of nausea,vomiting,analgesic requirement in combined group were significantlylower than those of dexamethasone group,granisetron group.Degree of physical comfort,emotional status,selfcare ability,pain,score of combined group were significantly higher than those of dexamethasone group and granisetron group after the third day of operation,the differences was statically significant.Conclusion:Before surgery,combination of dexamethasone,granisetron can not only reduce postoperative symptom of nausea,vomiting of patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy,but also reduce pain,reduce use of analgesics,improve effectively Postoperative recovery quality of patients.
