Screening Verification and Analysis of Specific Long Non-coding RNA Relevant Target Genes of Pancreatic Cancer

Objective:To screen and identify the differentially expressed of specific long non-coding RNA relevant target genes of pancreatic cancer between pancreatic cancer tissues and paracancerous tissues,and analysis it preliminary.Methods:To screen the differentially expressed of specific long non-coding RNA MAP3K14,PPP3 CB,DAPK1of pancreatic cancer between pancreatic cancer tissues and paracancerous tissues in 60 cases by RT-qPCR,which was prepared for the functional study of pancreatic cancer specific relevant lncRNA.Results:The expression levels of MAP3K14,PPP3 CB,DAPK1 were significance between pancreatic cancer tissues and paracancerous tissues respectively(P=0.000,t=17.32;P=0.000,t=15.045;P=0.013,t=34.55);the expression of three genes are different in pancreatic tissue,(P0.01,F=32.37),the expression of three sets of gene in adjacent pancreatic tissue of pairwise comparisons were significant(P0.01,F=296.6),which the expression of DAPK1 was highest in pancreatic cancer and paracancerous tissues.Conclusion:Three long non-coding RNAs in pancreatic cancer and adjacent pancreatic cancer tissue were expressed clearly,which DAPK1 expressed highest,this shows that DAPK1 was related to the occurrence and development of pancreatic cancer,and the expression level of DAPK1 in pancreatic cancer tissues was lower than that in the adjacent tissues,indicating that DAPK1 is a possible tumor suppressor genes of pancreatic cancer.
