Effect of Sodium Hyaluronate Combined with Bushenqianggu Decoction on Serum Inflammatory Factor in Patients with Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective:To explore the combined for knee osteoarthritis and intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate and traditional Chinese medicine Bushenqianggu decotion(KOA)affect the level of serum inflammatory factors in patients with.Methods:124cases of KOA patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,62 cases in each group.Control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate after intra-articular injection,the observation group based on the use of Chinese medicine Bushenqianggu decoction,curative effect and the changes of serum levels of inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was96.77%,significantly higher than the control group 85.48%(P0.05);the observation group after treatment of TCM syndrome score and serum inflammatory factor(IL-1,TNF-αand hs-CRP)was significantly lower than the control group(P0.05).Conclusion:Intraarticular injection of sodium hyaluronate combined Bushenqianggu oral treatment of KOA can effectively reduce the levels of inflammatory factors,so as to improve the clinical symptoms and improve the clinical efficacy,it is worthy of popularization and application.
