Escitalopram Combined with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to Treatment of Generalized Anxiety of Compliance and Quality of Life for Patients of Influences

Objective:To investigate the escitalopram joint cognitive-behavioral(CBT)treatment on treatment compliance and quality of life for patients with generalized anxiety.Methods:64patients with generalized anxiety disorder were randomly divided into study group(escitalopram United CBT group)and control group(escitalopram group)32cases,they were given escitalopram joint CBT and Ai Division citalopram treatment for 8 weeks.Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Insight and Treatment Attitude Questionnaire(ITAQ)and comprehensive assessment of the quality of life questionnaire(GQOL-74)assessment.Results:8weeks,both groups than before treatment HAMA total score decrease was statistically significant(P0.01).HAMA total score and each sub-factor study groups than the control group,there was statistically significant(P0.05 or P0.01).Efficacy study group,ITAQ score,GQOL-74 score higher,statistically significant(P0.01 or P0.05).Conclusion:Escitalopram joint effect of cognitive behavioral therapy in patients with generalized anxiety,improve treatment compliance and improve the quality of life better than treatment with escitalopram.Generalized anxiety disorder.
