The Effect of Organizational Factors on Job Engagement

Based on the results of a survey of 361 employees,a corresponding LISREL model was built to explore the effect of organizational justice,role stress,perceived organizational support and organizational commitment on job engagement.The results showed that role stress,organizational justice and perceived organizational support were good predictors of job engagement and organizational commitment.This was confirmed by statistical examination,which revealed that organizational justice and perceived organizational support had an indirect impact on job engagement,organizational commitment mainly showed a direct impact,while role stress had both direct and indirect impacts on job engagement.
