Analysis on problem of (18)~F-FDG synthesis in domestic PET-(18)~F-FDG-IT-N module

Objective:To dicuss the unusual problem on synthesis of (18)~F-FDG in domestic PET(18)~F-FDG-IT-N module.Methods:We analyzed data of synthesis,the low yield of synthesis was researched through two sides of the synthesis parameters of (18)~F-FDG and the hardwares of module.Results:To find the optimum parameters to improve the yield of synthesis,the uncorrected synthesis yield is stablized in 57-62%.It provide references to revise the module to analyze the hardwares.Conclusion:In general,activation of QMA,temperature of nucleophilic reaction,dosage of precursor,time of transmission target will influence the yield of synthesis.The paper can provide the reference in (18)~F-FDG successful synthesis and the module revising.
