Design of the cold light source system for portable endoscope

Objective: To design a portable endoscope cold light source system. Methods: Using special LED as a cold light source, optical fiber astransmission medium, optical system design LED to the front end of the endoscope; with TPS61165 high currentdrive chip, STM32 generates a PWM signal, the control circuit design of LED; cooling system through the external embedding mode design of LED lighting. Results: After clinical testing, cold light source illumination of the design of the system is stable, high color rendering index, color temperature low, good heat dissipation effect. Conclusion: The design of the lighting system is very suitable for theuse of portable endoscope.
