Fault modeling and simulation analysis of carrier-based medical equipment

Objective: To carry out fault statistics for carrier-based medical equipment so as to analyze the failure cause and explore solutions. Methods: Through the questionnaire survey for operative staffs of medical equipment to obtain feedback data, and to analyze the essential attribute and diffusion property of malfunctioning in medical equipment. And mathematical modeling and applied simulation were adopted to carry out statistic analysis for the failure of medical equipment, and set up database of fault attributes and state parameter. Besides, back propagation(BP) neural network algorithm was applied to perform mathematical calculations for the diffusion property of failure, and simulate phenomenon and development process of malfunctioning. Results: Based on the failure analysis of medical equipment, this research has realized that analyzed probability of malfunctioning and relevant degree with failure, and determined corresponding countermeasures by adopting descriptive model of failure attribute. Besides, through compiled "Management standard for integrated use of mainly medical equipment of aircraft carrier in battle and training" to realize normalized use and integrated management for carrier-based medical equipment, and ensure they could be normally used in battle and trainingd. Conclusion: The fault modeling of carrier-based medical equipment can provide theoretical direction for equipment maintenance. And it has good use value and can provide technical reference for analyzing and researching the failures of carrier-based medical equipment.
