Progress of Endothelin and Tumor Necrosis Factor and Heart Failure

Heart failure is a common syndrome with a high mortality,though in recent years a rapid progress has been achieved in its mechanism and treatment.Recent research indicates that endothelin and tumor necrosis factor not only are concernd witjh formation and development of heart failure,but also have a close correlation with its prognosis.The treatments of anti- endothelin and anti-tumor necrosis factor can improve blood stream kinetics and alleviate symptom in patients with heart failure.In addition,they give us a new direction for the treatment of heart failure.
