MTA1 and the Invasion and Metastasis in Various Carcinomas

The MTA1 gene has been recently identified as metastasis-associated gene,which is related to the degree of invasion and lymphatic metastasis in various carcinomas.MTA1 protein may play an important role in regulating a series of protein associated with the invasion and metastasis by involving the signal transduction pathway and gene expression.Further study of its structure and function could thus provide instructive value for the treatment of tumor.
