Insulin-like growth factor 1 and its receptor are important growth factors in body.Researches have indicated that The IGF-1 receptor can promote cell proliferation and transformation and inhibit cells apoptosis which is closely related to the genesis and development of tumor by mediating the activity of IGF-1,The tumor bionomics including its apoptosis, infiltration and metastasis is the manifestation of related factors such as Bcl-2、integrin、VEGF and so on.In this review we discussed the mechanisms of action between IGF-1 and its receptor(IGF-1R) and these factors.
