LI Shao-ping,Li Xia,Wang Hao.(Medical Branch,The Second Hospital of Lanzhou University,Lanzhou 730030,China)
Objective To explore the pathogensis of malignant neoplasma. Methods 60 Wistar adult rats were selected and randomly divided into the experimental groups and the control group.Animal models with cancer were made by many methods of biological, chemical, physcial and so on.The tissue of wound surface and lump were cut and sent for pathological examination as well as the venous blood of tail for radioimmunoassay examination after three, six, nine, twelve months. Results The pathologic examination reported that the neoplasm were the same fibrosarcoma. The curves of SS,GH,IgG and EGF is relate to the growth of tumour. There is a great difference among the comparision of data in different phases (P0.05).Conclusion The growth of malignant tumour is directly related to the injury of cellular membrane. The injury of cellular membrane and the automatic feedback regulation of hormone result in the growth of tumour.
