Wu Chunye;Zhao Jingjing;Li Li;The 254th Hospital of PLA;
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of anti-Helicobacter pylori( HP) triple therapy in the adjuvant treatment of rheumatoid arthritis and its effect on the levels of serum inflammatory factors. Methods Totally 88 patients with rheumatoid arthritis( positive HP) admitted to our hospital from 2015 to 2016 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the order of admission,44 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with conventional Western medicine,on this basis,the patients in the observation group were given anti-HP triple therapy. The two groups were treated for 7 d.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93. 18%,which was significantly higher than 77. 27% of the control group( P 0. 05). After treatment,the levels of interleukin( IL)-1,IL-6,erythrocyte sedimentation rate( ESR),C reactive protein( CRP)and rheumatoid factor( RF) in the two groups were significantly decreased than those before treatment,and the decrease in the observation group was more significant( P 0. 05). There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups( 18. 18% vs. 15. 91%,P 0. 05). Conclusion The anti-HP triple therapy is effective in the adjuvant treatment of rheumatoid arthritis,it can effectively reduce the levels of serum inflammatory factor and has high safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
