Practice of Clinical Pharmacist's Participation in Clinical Treatment of a Patient with Drug-Induced Liver Injury

Objective To investigate the practice of clinical pharmacist's participation in clinical drug treatment. Methods The clinical pharmacist analyzed the causes of a patient with drug-induced liver injury,classified and judged the severity of liver injury,and assisted the physician in formulating the treatment plan. Results The physician adopted the opinions and suggestions of the clinical pharmacist,and the liver injury of the patient was gradually improved. Conclusion Through the implementation of individualized drug therapy,the clinical pharmacist can ensure the safety and effectiveness of the medication and improve the level of drug treatment.
