Finite Element Analysis of Seal Ring on Spool with Different Materials for Pneumatic Solenoid Valve

Based on the leakage problem of the solenoid valve spool,ANSYS finite element method is used to analyze the static structure of the valve core seal ring of different materials,and six kinds of materials commonly used in the sealing ring are calculated respectively,The maximum deformation and stress curves of them under different working conditions are obtained,which provide a reference for the selection of the sealing material of the solenoid valve spool.
