Stability Analysis of Lifting Hydraulic Cylinder for Rail Track

The rotate device on the chassis of rail track is must assist device in the process of uppering and downing orbit for rail track,so the stability of lifting hydraulic of rotate device is premise and guarantee of uppering and downing orbit safely.In order to analyze whether the stability of lifting hydraulic meet quest,in this paper,based on the ANSYS Workbench linear buckling analysis simulation method,the stability of hydraulic cylinder is analyzed firstly,the axial critical buckling load and buckling state is solved,then used the traditional theoretical calculation method,the correctness of the simulation method of buckling analysis was verified.The results show that the axial critical buckling load is greater than the actual working load,the lifting hydraulic cylinder meets the requirement of using,compared with the simulation method,the traditional method is more conservative,there are 12% errors,and simulation analysis method is reliable.This study verified the correctness of simulation analysis,which has guiding significance to the stability analysis of hydraulic cylinder.
