The Research Progress of Diagnosis and Treatment of Transient Ischemic Attack

As one of the common ischemic cerebrovascular diseases in clinical,transient ischemic attack(TIA) is a recurrent transient neurological deficits caused by cerebral blood supply disturbance.The main clinical characteristics of TIA include the transient,reversibility and locality of onset,have no symptoms of neurological damage.Therefore,its risk is often neglected by people.In recent years,with the development of imaging and ultrasound technology,continuous research and progress in clinical medicine,people's awareness of TIA has been greatly improved,and the risk of TIA is further refined.In this article,the concept,pathogenesis,risk factors,clinical manifestations,diagnosis,differential diagnosis,treatment and other aspects of transient ischemic attack are described as follows.
