Usually the working pressure of the hydraulic system is not high. The state parameters of the gas in the accumulator can follow the ideal gas state equation. And the working pressure of the switch hydraulic system is high. There is a big difference between the state parameters of the gas in the accumulator and the state equation of the ideal gas. Can not be ignored. This paper introduces the working principle and operation requirements of the switch hydraulic mechanism. Aiming at the characteristics of high working pressure and short action time of the switch hydraulic mechanism. A practical gas state equation is proposed to calculate the variation of the gas state parameters in the accumulator. The results calculated by the ideal gas state equation and the actual gas state equation are compared and analyzed. And through the test instructions. According to the actual gas equation of state to calculate the setting switch hydraulic system is more in line with the actual working pressure.
