Instantaneous Flow Rate Simulation and Test of Diaphragm Accumulator

Aimed at diaphragm accumulator in electronically controlled diesel engine hydraulic servo system,a instantaneous flow rate test platform is built,and a mathematical model is established. Based on instantaneous flow characteristics,the simulation model is built by AMESim and the simulation is done,and the instantaneous flow rate test is carried out. The simulation result basically matches with the test result,which verifies the correction of the simulation model. Finally,the influence of accumulator key parameters on instantaneous flow characteristics is analyzed.
