Analysis of Allergen of the Hypersensitive Patients in Shiyan Region by Bicom-bioresonance System

Objective To investigate the accuracy of bicom-bioresonance system in detecting allergens and the distribution characteristic of allergens of the hypersensitive patients in shiyan region.Methods Allergens were detected in 581 hypersensitive patients in shiyan region by bicom-bioresonance system,at the same time the intracutaneous tests were performed with the native allergens in 188 patients among them,and the consistency of results between the two methods was analyzed.Results ①There was no significant difference between the two detecting methods(χ2=2.456,P0.05).②There was definite allergen in 97.2 % hypersensitive patients in shiyan region,averaged 3.43 positive allergens.Inhaled allergens accounted for 46.4%,the most common allergen was acarid and next were flower-grass mixture,Salix pollen;food allergens accounted for 24.3%,the most common allergen was seawater fish Ⅱand next were freshwater fish Ⅰ,milk;infection allergens accounted for 11.0%,the most common allergen was eumycete;touch allergens accounted for 10.6 %,the leading allergen was formaldehyde;animal allergens accounted for 5.2%,the leading allergen was animal hair;the others accounted for 2.5%.Conclusion Bicom-bioresonance system was an accurate and effective method to detect allergen.The distribution specificity in allergens of the hypersensitive patients in shiyan region may provide reference for the prevention and therapy of the diseases.
