Clinical Observation on the Effect of the Treatment of 68 Hyperlipidemia Patients with Blood-promoting and Hypolipidemic Decoction

Objective: To observe the clinical effectiveness of the treatment of 68 hyperlipidemia patients with blood-promoting and hypolipidemic decoction.Methods: Patients were divided into one test group with 68 patients and one control group with 35 patients at random sample.The test group was treated with blood-promoting and hypolipidemic decoction while the control group was treated with Zhi Bi An tablets.30 days was a course of treatment.The effectiveness and the changes of the parameter of blood were observed.Results: The rate of the total effectiveness of the test group was 88.23% while the rate of the control group was 65.7%.The comparison between the two groups showed significance differences.The triglyceride(TG)of the test group was lowered and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol was raised.Compared with that of the control group,the test group showed significance differences(P0.01).Conclusion: The blood-promoting and hypolipidemic decoction has a better effect on the treatment of hyperlipidemia patients
