Study on Rapid evaluation Method of Earthquake Damage Based on Multi-Source Data

The recent rapid evaluation methods of earthquake damage based on GIS and remote sensing technologies are analyzed in detail and with the Wenchuan M8.0 earthquake case,the both achievements and problems in the methods are summarized.A new rapid evaluation method of earthquake damage which comprehensively using multi-source data,such as GIS,remote sensing and post-earthquake field investigation,is proposed in this paper,and its realization flow is given also.
