Cao Shuanglin, Lu Jialun, Zhang Zhenkai. Dept. of Dermatology, Hospital of Nan-Tong Medical College.
Fibronectin (FN) in blister fluid and sera was detected in 47 patients with bullous-vesicular skin disease, 1 lcases of burn fluids and 59 cases of normal plasma as controls. The results showed FN of blister fluid from patients with bullous-vesicular skin disease was increased in varying degrees in comparison with the control. Sera FN was decreased in RDEB, but increased in Pemphigus, Bullous Pemphigoid and EBA. FN between blister fluid and sera were correlated in Pemphigus and Bullous Pemphigoid. Role of FN in the blister formation was discussed.
