ZHENG Wen-jun,LIN You-kun,YAN Yu-lin, et al (Department of Dermatography,The First Affiliated Hospital,Nanning 530021,China)
Objective To investigate the changing rule of the cerebrospinal fluid in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus and provide strong evidences for the diagnosis of lupus encephalitis. Methods The routine test and biochemical, enzymological and immunological changes of cerebrospinal fluid in 20 cases of NPLE and 20 cases of non NPLE patients were examined respectively. Results The cells count, protein concentration, quantity of anti-nucleus antibody, concentration of asparate aminotransferase (AST) and creatine phosphokinase (CK) of cerebrospinal fluid in NPLE patients were significantly higher than those in non NPLE patients( P 0.05).Conclusion Our data show that the changes of cerebrospinal fluid in SLE patients were consistent with the injury degree of nervous system. Therefore,to understand the changes of cerebrospinal fluid is very important for the diagnosis and the prognosis of NPLE.
