A Case of Eccrine Angionmatous Hamartoma

A three-year and two-month-old boy developed eruptions on the left thigh with pain for 1 year. Several papules and nodules melt into a demarcated plaque in the extensor side of the left thigh, with scattered hairs on, with pain, without hyperhidrosis. Histopathological examination showed hyperkeratosis with focal parakeratosis and some papillomatous hyperplasia acanthosis in the epidermis; proliferation of clustering capillaries in the middle dermis; increased numbers of large eccrine sweat coils and vessels in the deep dermis. The diagnosis of this patient was eccrine angionmatous hamartoma.
