A Case of Sarcoidosis

A 56-year-old man presented with subcutancous patches for 1 month. Examination showed 5 ~ 15cm-sized irregular subcutancous patches on his forearms,the both back of the hands,both lower extremities,the right ankle,with distinct border,slick appearance and hard textured. The histopathology showed non-caseous necrosis in epithelioid cell granuloma. The diagnosis of subcutancous type of sarcoidosis was made.
