A 17-year-old male presented with papules on the abdomen for 13 years, and on the whole body for 3 months. Dermatological examination showed multiple pinpoint-to millet-sized,fresh-to white-colored,shiny papules on the neck, trunk, limbs and buttocks. Some papules were distributed linearly( Koebner phenomenon). Histopathological features of lesion on the right thigh included epidermal atrophy, liquefaction degeneration of the basal cells, widened dermal papillae with lymphocytic infiltration clutched by elongated epidermal rete ridges, resembling a "ball and claw"pattern. The diagnosis was generalized lichen nitidus.
