Primary Study of McAb against DPⅠ、Ⅱin Tissue Distribution

We observed the distribution of McAb DH1(which was prepared in our laboratory and reacted with DPⅠ、Ⅱ) in tissues of human, rabbit and rat by using IIF and ABC staining methods. The results showed that McAb DH1 could react with all epithelia tested, myocardic cells and purkinje's fibers and had negative stainings in other non-epithelial cells. We suggested that McAb DH1 could be used as a marker of epithelial cells.
