Study on fashion of wearing and height of protrusion of diamond in wire saw

It has mainly studied the fashion of wearing and height of protrusion of diamond on the beads during its cutting process in this paper.Through the cutting test in wire saw lab,taking advantages of low power lens in microscopic collection system of 3D video,it has monitored the surface morphology of the beads,and measured the height of protrusion of diamond on the bead surface by using 3D video microscopic collection systems,that are Hirox KH-1000 and HI-SCOPE.
