DYNAMIC RELIABILITY ANALYSIS OF A STOCHASTIC STRUCTURE WITH NEURAL NETWORK RESPONSE SURFACE METHOD

Based on theory and algorithm of Neural Network Response Surface Method,a method for dynamic reliability analysis of a stachatic structure is presented.Firstly,based on the first excursion failure criterion of random vibration and the performance function of static reliability,the performance function for the dynamic reliability of the structure is established.Then,three-layer BP network is used as the fitting function of the performance function and its expression is deduced.Finally,the reliability index is obtained with first order second moment.An example shows this method has high accuracy and efficiency.It is valuable in dynamic reliability analysis of complex structures.
