ESTABLISHMENT OF TWO-DIMENSIONAL STOCHASTIC FATIGUE LOAD SPECTRUM IN MULTIPLE-LOADING CASE FOR TORSION SHAFT

Torsion shaft is used to reduce the shock from road excitation during the running of self-propelled gun.According to the feature of stochastic torque loads history,which is in multiple-loading case and is of asymmetric character,the number of load cycles is counted by rainflow counting method and the distribution rule of single-driving load history is found and tested.Each load cycle history is extended to its life-span;the loads,are graded;the number of load cycle of each grade is calculated and a two-dimensional table about load spectrum in multiple-loading case in listed.The process includes basically all steps of establishing spectrum in multiple-loading case with asymmetric load history,and it gives a reference to establish load spectra of other components which bear similar load history.
