FAULT DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM FOR TURBO-GENERATOR SET BASED ON FOCUSING FUZZY COMPREHENSIVE EVALUATION

Aiming at improving the low accuracy of vibration fault diagnosis system for turbo-generator set,a focusing fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is presented.In the method,the extended membership function and the varying-weighted model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation are adopted,and a focusing subsection algorithm is proposed to divide the area of fault symptoms into 2n+1 parts,then the extended membership function is modified to increase its resolving power in its transition area.So the accuracy of evaluation results is promoted evidently.A vibration fault diagnosis system is designed for a 600MW turbo-generator set based on the focusing fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The diagnosis system is tested by a power plant in GuangDong province.The result shows that the diagnosis system mentioned above is satisfied for fault diagnosis of large turbo-generator set.
