STUDY ON PERFORMANCE OF VIBRATION ISOLATION SYSTEM IN VESSEL BASED ON ADAMS

Vibration isolation test system for the vessel equipments being taken as prototype, on the virtual platform of vessel based on ADAMS, some types of air-springs are used as vibration isolation device, with one-dimensional springs in three directions to simulate the three-dimensional non-linear air-spring of the isolation system. On this platform, vibration analysis is carried out, and the mechanical equipments of submarine are tested according to the requirements of GJB. The instances are simulated when the vessel is meeting with the heavy stormy waves while sailing at sea or is being struck sideways. The analysis results provide certain reference bases for the type selection and assignment of the vibration isolation device.
