Ccalculation principle in measuring trilinear pendulum's moment of inertia

WU-Xiao (Hunan University of Arts and Science,Changde 415000,China)  
Based on nonlinear vibration theory,the nonlinear tortous vibration of a trilinear pendulum was analysed with the help of the perturbation and Fourier series method.The expression of natural vibration frequency was derived using undetermined coefficient method.The effectiveness and high precision of the expression were proved by practical examples calculation.The study provides a theoretical basis for measuring trilinear pendulum's moment of inertia.
