Vibration characteristics analysis of fuel cell vehicle regenerative blower considering bearing waviness

Through the analysis of structure characteristics of rolling bearings,using the method of applying roller contour line,a multi-body dynamics model of rolling bearings considering the waviness was established. A rigid-flexible coupling dynamic model of the blower by considering the flexibility of the shell and shaft was built. The vibration excitation source of the vortex blower was analyzed,and the vibration responses under different structural parameters were investigated. The results indicate that the existence of the bearing clearance will cause the vibration of double harmonic frequency and with the increase of clearance,the amplitude of double harmonic frequency component increases gradually.As a result of the waviness,the high frequency components of vibration corresponding to waviness were generated. The high frequency components can stimulate the resonance of the shell and reduce the ride comfort of fuel cell vehicle( FECV).
