Application of A Stepped-frequency Radar to Missile Guidance

LIU Zheng, ZHANG Shou hong (Key Lab. for Radar Signal Processing, Xidian Univ., Xi'an Shanxi 710071, China)  
The application of a stepped frequency radar to missile guidance is investigated. Followed by the introduction of the high range resolution principle of this kind of radar, a method to construct two dimensional structure images of targets is proposed based on monopulse angle measurement techniques, Finally, an all digital signal processing platform for stepped frequency monopulse radar is presented.
